The parish office is located behind the church building which is at 1060 Baseline Road in Ottawa (just east of Merivale). Office hours are 9 am till 3 pm, Monday through Friday. Every Friday at 6:30 pm and ends at 8:00 pm (Except on 1st Fridays when it starts after Mass).

The parish office requires two (2) months advance notice for baptisms, to allow sufficient time to schedule baptismal preparation courses. Parents are asked to meet with the Pastor personally, after Sunday Eucharist or call Deacon Marc Gauthier:

The parish requires at least 9 months advance notice for marriages, to allow sufficient time to organize marriage preparation courses. Couples are asked to meet with the Pastor personally, after Sunday Eucharist.
